If you missed any of the 2009 V8 Ute Racing series then there is an opportunity to grab a look at some re runs on FOX Sports
The 2010 Yokohama V8 Ute Racing Series – protected by Armor All will kick-start the year with replays of the 2009 season on Fox Sports.
The deal with Fox Sports will involve re-runs of the V8 Ute post produced programs from all 8 rounds in the 2009 Series.
The telecasts began on the 2nd January and will run at least twice a week until the 12th February over all 3 Channels Fox 1, Fox 2 and Fox 3.
V8 Ute Category Manager and Director of SPHERIX, Craig Denyer is pleased with the deal and believes it will reach a great holiday audience during Fox Sports prime viewing time.
“We are very happy with the Fox Sports package. The Series has been on Fox for the past ten year’s and it’s great that they keep supporting us,” Denyer said.
“The January re-runs have worked out well for the Series as generally cable/satellite viewing figures are higher during the holiday season when more viewers are available to watch due to the greater leisure time. It’s a great way to get spectators warmed up for an exciting tenth year of the Series, which will begin in March 2010, with our Ten Years of Legends race at the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide,” said Denyer.
